Only 3 months after giving birth to daughter Honor Marie with her husband Cash Warren, Jessica Alba appears to have reverted back to her pre-baby body, evidenced Friday by pictures of the 27 year-old actress frolicking on a beach in Mexico.The pictures, taken by Splash.com and available here, are the result of hard work and dedication, according to Alba’s trainer, Ramona Braganza.

"She worked out an hour a day, five or six days a week, and stayed on a strict diet of about 1,700 calories a day, losing 600 calories because of exercise," Braganza told People Magazine, adding Alba made “amazing progress in a very short time. She really works at it."

Braganza went on to note it was her idea that Alba take time off from her work-out schedule to “Take some time off and enjoy your body. It's good to treat yourself after all that hard work."Braganza’s 12 week program (known as the “Baby Bulge Be Gone” plan) included a strict low-fat, low-carb diet in addition to the exercise.

No fan of superfluous weight, Alba had said in an interview with U.K. Cosmopolitan this summer that she "never felt less sexy" than when she was pregnant with Honor Marie, adding, "I mean, I wouldn't have changed it for the world, but I wanted to get rid of all the weight."

Having obviously succeeded in her task, the vacation photos are proof, says Braganza, of Alba’s commitment to keeping herself in tip-top shape.“[Jessica] loves to move,” says Braganza. "She swam and played volleyball, but she was out of the gym and enjoying herself."
