Don't expect Jessica Alba to disappear after she gives birth. Alba says she's going to continue acting after the birth of her first child, because she wants to sets a good example for her child.

She says, "Of course. I think it's important to still be your own person. I don't know if it's healthy if you lose yourself completely. I think kids appreciate it if you still move on with your individuality and you're living the example that you want your kids to emulate."

I'm sure it's not difficult for actresses to get back to work after giving birth because they have a full staff on hand, everyone from nannies to trainers to personal chefs.
