The Hollywood actress and her husband Cash Warren announced the arrival of their second daughter Haven Garner Warren, on Sunday evening. The actress gave birth on Saturday, and the new arrival joins her three-year-old daughter Honor Marie.
Jessica has revealed her pregnancy advice. The 30-year-old beauty says women should pay special attention to themselves ahead of giving birth. “I think pregnant moms should spend as much time possible pampering themselves,” she told the Chicago Sun Times. “Get that mani. Get the pedi.”
Jessica, who is best known for her films including Honey, Sin City, Fantastic Four and its sequel Fantastic Four: Rise of the Silver Surfer, says motherhood is tough, and that women should take some time out before the birth.
The stunning star has joked that husbands come in handy around this time. “Insist that your husband does the date night and then book an appointment to get a facial,” she laughed. “When you’re done, get a massage.”“It’s so important for moms to give themselves a break, because once the baby comes, I’ve learned that first year is super hectic. You literally have no time for yourself.”
