Jessica Alba rescues fan from surgery

Jessica Alba has saved a fan from undergoing look-a-like plastic surgery. Xiaoqing, 21, was booked in for a series of operations that would have transformed her appearance into that of Alba’s. But Alba who heard about the news direct from Shanghai has pleaded with Xiaoqing to not go ahead with the procedures after learning she wanted to change her appearance to win back her boyfriend. The unnamed man is reportedly a huge fan of Alba.

"I think you should never have to change yourself like that,” Alba told Xiaoqing. If somebody loves you, they'll love you no matter what." Xiaoqing responded to Alba saying: "I think it's great that Jessica is so concerned about me. Her words also played an important role in my decision."
